Canada and Finland face off on the final day of group play. The teams occupy the top two spots in Group A, with Canada leading by a point. The winner of this competition gets the number 1 in group A and a quarter-final match against the number 4 in group B.

In his last game, Mason McTavish scored twice to lead Canada to a 5-1 win over the Czech Republic on Saturday. The goals took his tournament goal tally to six and his score to 10. Kent Johnson scored a ridiculous Michigan goal and was one of five players to score two points in the game.
Finland secured their second regular tournament win on Sunday with a 9-3 win over Slovakia. Before that, they defeated Latvia 6-1 and defeated the Czech Republic on penalties.
Aatu Raty and Joakim Kemell lead the Finns; Raty’s eight points ranks second among all skaters, while Kemell is right behind with seven.
