How to level up the Season 1 Battle Pass quickly
Since the release of MultiVersus, we’ve all been waiting for Season 1’s official debut. MultiVersus Season 1 was supposed to debut on August 9th but was delayed. Then a few days ago it was announced that Season 1 would officially debut on August 15th. That means by the time you’re reading this, Season 1 is already out and available to dip into for many hours.
There has been a lot of talk about Season 1 of MultiVersus because there will be new characters, ranked mode, and a brand new 50-tier Battle Pass that you can purchase to get cool cosmetics, XP, and many other goodies for your enjoyment in the video game. The cost of purchasing the Season 1 Battle Pass is approximately $10. So if you enjoy this game and want all those new characters and cosmetics, the Battle Pass might be worth every penny.
However, one of the biggest things people are looking forward to is how they can quickly level up the Battle Pass so they can earn some of the best rewards each season has to offer. There are some things you can be more aware of to level up faster, but ultimately there is no secret trick to getting all 50 levels in one session.
Ways to quickly level up the Season 1 Battle Pass
Keep winning games
The first thing that will help you level up your Battle Pass quickly is something that sounds like perfectly common sense. win games. Winning games grant you additional XP than a losing game. Once you master your playstyle and apply it online, you’ll improve the Battle Pass more often than someone who loses a lot of games. Time, practice, and mastering certain aspects of the game will not only make you a better player, but also earn you more XP in the long run.
Use your rested XP
This next tip is going to sound a little strange, but it’s strangely effective. MultiVersus rewards its players by taking time out from the game. I know this sounds counterproductive because I’m sure Player First Games wants players to spend every last second of their time in-game, but actually the time away actually helps a little.
The reason I bring this up is because there is something called Rested XP in MultiVersus. Rested XP is a rechargeable bar that slowly depletes every time you play a match. Rested XP is great because it always doubles the amount of XP you would normally get during a match. This means that if you earned 15 XP during a won game, you’ll get 30 XP due to rested XP while you still have some portion of that bar filled. Once your rested XP bar is depleted, it can be refilled simply by pausing the game. The bar takes approximately 24 hours to refill.
Complete daily missions and seasonal milestones
The last and some of the most important tips I can give you to level up the Season 1 Battle Pass in MultiVersus is not to sleep when you complete daily missions and seasonal milestones. Some challenges will be completed naturally over time, but being aware of the challenges that need to be completed can make them faster to complete instead of letting them come naturally.
Daily challenges will be a little easier to complete as they disappear at the end of the day. These don’t give you nearly as much XP as some of the seasonal milestones, but every bit of extra XP definitely adds up. Most daily missions reward an average of 100 XP. Completing all daily missions every day will definitely add up throughout the season.
Seasonal milestones are exactly what they sound like. They are challenges that remain for the duration of the entire season. Completing the seasonal milestones will reward a lot more XP and really give you a boost to ensure you max out the Season 1 Battle Pass at level 50. As I said, some of these will come naturally. For example, if the seasonal milestone plays 50 games to earn 600 XP, it will do so over time. However, if you get a season milestone that says you use an emote 25 times in games, you need to be aware of that. If you’re not used to using emotes during gameplay, this becomes a challenge that you need to be more aware of so that you start using emotes in 25 games.
If you follow these tips, you can definitely level up your Battle Pass faster than if you don’t follow these tips. There will be times when you and a group of friends decide to play for hours and your Rested XP bar isn’t filled, and that’s perfectly fine. You can definitely take on some challenges during this time and hopefully pick up some victories along the way. MultiVersus Season 1 is officially here and free to download today on PC, Xbox consoles and PlayStation consoles.
