When will you be able to pre-order iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro in Canada?

You can pre-order iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max in Canada starting Friday, September 9, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. PT/8:00 a.m. ET, as indicated on Apple’s website.

For those on the west coast, that means setting an alarm to wake up at dawn.

If you’ve never pre-ordered an iPhone from Apple, the easiest and fastest way is to use the company’s Store app.

How to prepare to pre-order your iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro in Canada

Apple will eventually take its online store offline in preparation for tomorrow’s pre-orders. In this case (around dinnertime PT) you cannot configure and prepare the Apple Store app. So it’s important to do this now so you can make sure your payment methods and shipping addresses are up to date.

1. Download the Apple Store iOS app. It’s faster to get back online compared to Apple.ca.

2. Launch the Apple Store app, tap on your profile picture (top right corner) and set up your primary payment and primary shipping details.

3. Next, configure the iPhone 14 model you want, choose your color, storage space, etc. Once you’ve selected your settings, tap the “Ribbon” icon in the top right corner to add your configuration to “Saved Items”.

4. When the Apple Store comes back online on Friday, September 9th at 5:00 PM PT/8:00 AM ET, launch the Apple Store iOS app, tap the For You icon at the bottom, and scroll Then go to Saved Items. Select your iPhone and then proceed to checkout.

Mobile carriers like Rogers/Fido, Telus/Koodo, Bell/Virgin and Shaw Mobile/Freedom Mobile will have pre-orders for the iPhone 14 range on September 9th. Contract prices have yet to be announced. Stay tuned to each story for updates.

Online reservation and in-store pickup are expected to be available again this year, allowing you to pick up your order on launch day, Friday 16th September 2022.
