Overwatch 2 Twitch Drops: How to earn a Legendary Kiriko skin and more

Want to unlock new skins, voice lines and more for your favorite surveillance 2 Hero? With surveillance 2 With free-to-play and the introduction of a Battle Pass, unlocking new cosmetics is a little harder than in the original over watch Game and might feel like a bit of a grind for casual gamers. While last gen’s loot boxes (and practice in general) were a bit problematic, players still enjoyed getting them some for playing so much.

Luckily, there will be some opportunities to unlock limited-edition cosmetics via Twitch Drops. Twitch Drops allow players to earn new gear by watching their favorite streamers live on Twitch. It’s an easy way to get cool loot without struggling in PvP. Setting up your accounts to earn Twitch Drops might take a minute if you’ve never done it before, but we’re here to help.

Currently the Twitch Drops are available for surveillance 2 It’s all about Kiriko, the game’s newest ninja healer. There are two time periods in which players can earn limited edition Kiriko gear – we’ll explain that in detail below, but you need to know that you only have until October 24th to earn this loot.

How to connect your Battle.net account to Twitch

In order for Battle.net to verify your Twitch stream watch time and reward you with the correct loot, you must link your accounts. This is a quick and easy process, although the connect menus aren’t exactly prominent in the UI on either platform.

Step 1: Sign in to your Battle.net account in a web browser.

Step 2: Go to your Battle.net links Side. You can find them by clicking on yours username in the top right corner of the website and then click Account settings. Find and click in the left sidebar links.

Step 3: in the linksfind Twitch and click Connect right.

Step 4: Click through the following prompts that will take you to Twitch. You’ll be prompted to log into Twitch if you’re not already. When prompted to connect the accounts, click Authorize.

Step 5: You will be sent back to Battle.net and asked to confirm the connection. Once you do this, Battle.net should notify you that the connection was successful.

How to Earn and Redeem Twitch Drops

With account linking out of the way, now all you have to do is watch your favorite streamer.

In a web browser or Twitch mobile app (Twitch Drops cannot be redeemed in Twitch apps on game consoles, smart TVs, and other TV apps), tune in to any streamer that is live below surveillance 2 Category. You must watch the stream for a certain number of hours to earn various Twitch Drops. You can check the progress of each Twitch Drop to see how long you’ve been watching.

When you’ve watched a stream for the required amount of time, all you have to do is click repay on this page next to your earned loot, and it will be available to you in-game shortly.

What loot can I earn now?

This time there are two twitch drop periods for surveillance 2:

Twitch Drop #1 – “I take care of my friends!” voice line and legendary Sukajan Kiriko skin

  • Watch any stream in the surveillance 2 Category on Twitch for a total of two hours between October 7th at 2:00pm PDT and October 16th at 11:59pm PDT to earn the “I take care of my friends” voice line! During this time, watch for another four hours (six total) to get the Sukajan Kiriko Legendary skin.

Twitch Drop #2 – Razor Sharp Kiriko Spray and Donut Weapon Charms

  • Watch any stream in the surveillance 2 Category on Twitch for two hours between October 17th at 11:00am PDT and October 24th at 12:00am PDT to earn the Razor Sharp Kiriko Spray! During this time, watch an additional three hours (five total) to earn the Donut Weapon Charm!
