Manchester United transfer news LIVE Marcus Rashford injury latest plus Glazer sale updates
Manchester United may be 90 minutes away from getting their hands on silverware for the first time since 2017 when they meet Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday afternoon (4:30pm).
Six seasons since last cup win, United will keep their quadruple dreams alive if they prevail under the famous arch. But their opponents also have high standards.
United have also suffered a major injury scare when in-form talisman Marcus Rashford emerged with an ankle problem in Thursday night’s win against Barcelona. Erik ten Hag was noncommittal as he gave an update on the rejuvenated England attacker at his pre-game press conference.
Away from the pitch, the Old Trafford giants are already eyeing the summer window and their search for a long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. In addition, there are many more takeover talks.

Will Rashford be fit tomorrow?
Ten Hag was asked this question yesterday.
“I don’t know,” said Ten Hag when asked if Rashford would recover. “The players are coming in now, we have to do medical examinations, of course, we did that yesterday. So right after a game you can’t usually say, you have to wait for a 100 percent diagnosis. So let’s do it.” Do the medicine, do the work, we’ll have to wait.”
