What channel is Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury? How to watch, buy 2023 boxing fight

The time for fun and games is over. On February 26th, a grudge game that has been planned for years is finally taking place. Jake Paul and Tommy Fury, a YouTuber and a boxer, go head-to-head for ultimate bragging rights.

This unorthodox fight takes place at the Diriyah Arena in Saudi Arabia. It is the third time the fight has been attempted. Fury withdrew twice, once with a broken rib and once with visa issues.

Paul turned pro in 2020 and is 6-0. Fury will be Paul’s first real boxing opponent as he’s only fought against YouTubers, MMA fighters and ex-NBA players so far. Only Anderson Silva was Paul’s most experienced opponent, with a 3-1 record before the Paul fight. Fury has been 8-0 since 2018 and competes against all boxers. However, Paul brushed off the experience of being the half-brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.

“I’m faster, better defense, better head movement, better body shots, more power, better footwork, better chin, more cardio, more cardio,” Paul told BT Sport of Dexerto.

“He (Fury) hasn’t even gone eight rounds. I’ve been eight rounds with two different people who are both world champions. The dogs are. He’s never fought anyone. The combined record of his opponents is 25 wins and 200 -some losses. They were all put in there to lose. It will be a rude awakening for him if he is there with someone who has a murderous mindset and is willing to die to win the fight.

Fact check, the combined record of Fury’s opponents before he faced them: 24-176-5. Four opponents were looking for their first win while one fighter already had 102 losses.

Born into a boxing family, Fury is ready to prove that the caliber of his opponents doesn’t matter during fight night. The underdog wants to end the Jake Paul hype once and for all.

“I am ready to deal with this man. This is a public service announcement addressed to all: This man will not box again. This will be the last time you see Jake Paul in the ring against a true pro anyway.” Fury told Sky Sports.
