Faye’s aim is to keep women’s football in the sporting spotlight worldwide and dedicated to promoting women’s football on and off the pitch. Her visit to Huddersfield came ahead of this year’s International Women’s Day.

BK8 European Managing Director Michael Gatt said: “We were delighted to have Faye, who is part of our legendary team of ambassadors, make a star appearance at the club. It was fantastic Faye being able to meet with players from Huddersfield Town AFC before the game, which BK8 proudly sponsored.
“As part of our ongoing partnership with the club, BK8 were delighted to have previously donated £15,000 to Her Game Too, with the charity also being promoted via screens and billboards during the BK8-sponsored game. Ian Birtley, commercial director at Huddersfield Town AFC, commented on the announcement of the club’s extension of the partnership with BK8: “The extension of the partnership with BK8 is a really positive development for us and, above all, it will help us to strengthen the links between the football club, our women’s team and Her Game Too. The way BK8 have approached our partnership since day one has been consistently positive – and we look forward to expanding the relationship throughout this season and beyond.”
