The tuner Manhart acquires the Land Rover Range Rover Sport P530 and transforms it into the SV 650. The result is an SUV with 644 hp and 664 Nm of torque.
The Range Rover Sport P530 features a BMW-originated 4.4-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 with a stock output of 523 horsepower and 553 pound-feet. Manhart takes this motor and adds his MHtronik power box. The company can also install an exhaust with remote-controlled flaps, but this part does not have a TÜV certificate, so the tuner cannot sell it in Germany.

The tuner doesn’t cite acceleration data, but the stock powertrain can propel the SUV to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds when using the Dynamic Launch system.
Manhart also lowers the Range Rover Sport’s ride height by 1.181 inches (30 millimeters). A set of 24 inch diameter wheels fills the fenders and they are 10 inches wide.
The tuner does not make any changes to the body components, but adds golden accents to the exterior. There are stripes on the hood, sides and tail. Under the hood, the engine cover gets similar accents.
Thanks to the MANHART decor set, numerous gold-colored lettering and decorative strips extend over the black paintwork.
The latest generation Range Rover Sport debuted for the 2023 model year. It rides on Land Rover’s MLA Flex platform, which is also found under the current Range Rover. In addition to the 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8, there are also two variants of mild hybrid 3.0-litre inline-six turbocharged engines with 355 hp for the P360 SE or 395 hp for the P400 SE Dynamic. The P440e features a plug-in hybrid-assisted 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six producing 434 horsepower and an estimated 48-mile all-electric range.
The latest Range Rover Sport features a 13.7-inch driver display and a 13.1-inch infotainment screen. A stereo system with up to 29 speakers is available. Over-the-air updates allow new Code 63 electronics modules to be shipped.
On May 31, Land Rover introduces the Range Rover Sport SV. Supposedly it should be available at least initially only by invitation.
