MrBeast’s latest video almost broke another YouTube record
Jimmy “MrBeast” is perhaps one of the most popular YouTubers out there. As usual, his latest video has gone viral, amassing millions of views since it was posted on May 27th. However, according to a tweet posted by this creator, the video appears to have been one of his most successful. That’s because it narrowly missed the YouTube record for most viewed non-music video in the first 24 hours.
In a May 28 tweet, Jimmy revealed this information. MrBeast was quite jubilant and upbeat as he broke the news, telling his viewers that he will likely try to create similar content in the future. He said that:
“New video almost broke record for most views in 24 hours for a non-music video… I guess I should do more of this.”

From the image shared by the YouTuber, it can be seen that the video had received over 37 million views within 23 hours of uploading. Fans find that impressive, but not particularly surprising either. Finally, this video bears all the hallmarks associated with MrBeast.
Not only does the title mention an extravagant cash pool of half a million dollars, the competition also has participants of all ages from one year old to 100 years old.
The YouTuber has made a name for himself as one of the best content creators of this generation. In 2022, he became the YouTuber with the most subscribers on the red platform. While he’s made many successful videos over the years, this latest video clearly struck a chord with many.
British YouTuber and Beta Squad member Sharky fully praised it in a recent tweet.
MrBeast responded to Sharky’s post by saying he will keep doing bigger and better things.
