MATCH

After back-to-back losses, the Broncos (2-3) are looking to return to .500 with a road game in Week 6 against the Chargers (3-2), winners of back-to-back losses on Monday Night Football.

Every team has dealt with significant injuries to key players, and for the Broncos, the worst of them have mostly been on offense. quarterback Russell Wilson was dealing with a shoulder injury and are tackling it Garett Bolle and run back Javonte Williams are both down for the year after season-ending injuries. Wilson & Co. must face the challenge of improving even after losing some of their best players as the offensive has struggled to find the end zone in recent weeks.

Los Angeles, meanwhile, placed the Pro Bowl pass rusher Joey Bosa and tackle Rashawn Slater on injured reserve, and their quarterback, JustinHerbertHe’s playing through a rib injury. Still, Herbert has some of the best weapons in the league at running back Austin Ekeler and wide receiver Keenan Allen and mike williams, although Allen has not played since Week 1 due to injury. Williams has played well in Allen’s absence, with 100+ yards in three of his last four games and a star cornerback Pat Surtain II will probably have the task of limiting him on Monday.
