Destiny 2: How to Unlock Beach

You may have already had the chance to play around with the new Beach subclass in your previous playthrough of the Destiny 2 Lightfall campaign. But you can’t use the beach for other activities yet.

To unlock the Beach subclass, you must first complete the Destiny 2 Lightfall Campaign. After completing the last mission desperate measuresyou can Journey to the Tower To Talk to Zavala And Ikora. From there you travel back to Hall of Heroes toward Neomuna meditate and unlock the beach subclass.

Destiny 2 How to Use Strand

Wreak havoc in battle by harnessing the power of Strand weave objects from the threads, or unravel enemies. Here’s a quick one glossary for getting started on the beach:

Weave: Create an object with a beach.

Unravel: Defeat an enemy currently affected by Strand and turn them into a Tangle.

tangle: An unraveled enemy leaves behind a swirl of beach fibers. Shoot Tangles to detonate them and damage nearby enemies, or pick up Tangles to throw at unsuspecting enemies.

Expose: Lifts an enemy off the ground for a short time. In PvP, suspended players are lifted off the ground but can still move at a slowed speed and fire their weapon to fight back.

Separate: A severed enemy is less able to affect the material world, reducing their damage output.

Woven Mail: Create protective strand armor and reduce incoming damage.

Warlock Broodweaver

Warlocks manipulate the beach to create it threads, explosive minions woven from strand threads. Send out waves of Threadlings to latch onto enemies and explode. Any Threadlings that can’t find a target will return to you.

Here’s a quick look at the Broodweaver Warlock’s kit:

Arcane Needle: A deadly projectile that tracks targets, dealing high damage and disentangling any enemy on impact. Arcane Needle attacks can be chained up to three times in a row.

weaver call: When using Rift, the Warlock weaves three Threadling Eggs that hatch into Threadlings when they hit a surface. Any sessile Threadlings are converted into extra Eggs.

Thought-Spun Invocation: This aspect enhances several of the Warlock’s abilities: Griffon: When you perform a griffon melee, the Warlock weaves three Threadling Eggs from the target.

Threadling Grenade: You can consume your Threadling grenade to spawn a full cluster of Threadlings.

tether grenade: You can consume your shackle grenade to gain a buff that creates an intermittent detonation on every kill.

needle storm: The Warlock’s Super Ability summons a wave of hardened spikes woven from strand. These spikes stick into enemies or objects in the environment and explode before turning into a cloud of Threadlings that attempt to kill any remaining enemies.

Hunter Threadrunner

The Hunter character class focuses on that mobility how it interacts with beach. Weave your threads into a rope weapon this gives you the optimal position in every fight.

Here’s a quick look at Hunter Threadrunner’s kit:

Thread tip: Summon a rope dart that bounces between hit enemies before returning to the hunter. Upon returning, the melee weapon grants melee energy for each enemy hit. Catching the Threaded Spike with perfect timing will reward an additional amount of melee energy.

Entangling Slam: While in the air, press the air movement input to swoop down and suspend all nearby enemies.

widow’s silk: This aspect grants an additional shell charge. The Hunter’s Grapple ability creates a sustained Grapple Tangle when latched, fully refunding grenade energy if latched. Hunters can use this ability to set up chains of grab points that their entire team can use, greatly increasing their ability to quickly move and/or traverse the environment in combat.

Silk hit: The Hunter’s super ability not only allows you to freely roam the world with your grappling hook, but also to cast your rope and hit enemies below. Use your grappling hook more often while Silkstrike is active. Her rope weapon temporarily has a Light Attack and a Heavy Attack.

Titan Berserker

Keep your beach strands close to the chest by weaving them in massive claw weapons that would keep even the most stubborn enemy at bay.

Here’s a quick look at the Titan Berserker’s kit:

Frenzied Blade: Dash forward and slash enemies with your Strand Arm Blades, reducing the damage output of all enemies hit. Has three charges and attacks can be chained.

Into the fight: Destroying a Tangle weaves Woven Mail to the Titan and nearby allies. This aspect not only reduces damage taken, but also increases the Titan’s energy regeneration in melee while wielding Woven Mail.

Drengr’s Whip: In reality, when the Titan uses its class ability, the Titan will blast forward a powerful wave, hanging enemies that get in the shockwave’s path.

Bladefury: Unleashes the Titanstring Arm Blades with a Light Attack and a Heavy Attack. The Super’s light attack is a charged version of the Frenzied Blade melee attack, and each light attack that connects increases the speed of the next attack. The Super’s heavy attack allows the Titan to hurl a pair of projectiles forward that seek out enemies, hanging them up and damaging them on impact.

Destiny 2 strand fragments

As with previous elementals, Strand will play a role four new fragments that you can explore in Destiny 2 Lightfall:

ascension thread: Activating your grenade ability reloads your equipped weapon and grants improved weapon handling and flight effectiveness for a short time.

Thread of Rage: Damaging targets with a Tangle grants melee energy.

Thread of Finality: Finishers create threadlings.

Thread of Defense: Picking up an Orb of Power grants Woven Mail.
