Dubai Shows Off To The World

Forty channels from around the world, including GallopTV and Racing 240, will be covering the $30.5 million Dubai World Cup horse race on Saturday.

The day is one of the true highlights of the racing calendar.

The nine races, held at the spectacular Meydan Racecourse in the heart of Dubai, will feature six Group 1 competitions, led by the US$12 million Dubai World Cup, sponsored by Emirates Airline.

Dubai Racing Club, in partnership with its contracted distribution and production company, Racecourse Media Group (RMG), and RMG agency HBA Media, has attracted some of the biggest names in sports broadcasting.

These include Fox Sports in the US, ESPN/Star+ in South America, SuperSport in Africa, Viaplay in Europe, Dubai Media and BeIN in the Middle East and, for the first time, ITV, the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster. Those who are in the air and at sea can follow selected airlines and cruise ships live on board via the Sport 24 network.
