Gotham Knights Knighthood guide: How to unlock the glider
There are numerous ways to get around the city Gotham Knights, but the most efficient method is locked behind a separate progression system called Knighthood. Early on, players can use the Batcycle, grappling hook, fast travel, or even walk to get around. While these methods work well, you should gain access to the improved Traversal system by reaching Knighthood. These different modes of transportation look different on the four playable characters. For example, Batgirl can glide while Robin uses a teleportation device developed by Justice League technology.
But how exactly does Knighthood work and what do you need to do to unlock the new Traversal abilities? Here’s what you need to know.

There are three main Knighthood requirements that can be met at any time during a playthrough. These cannot be missed and the game will tell you what to do in the challenges menu.
Complete the Timed Strike tutorial
Inside the bell tower, go to the training area by the puppet. Under the Advanced Training menu, you’ll see a Timed Strikes tutorial that requires you to perform five Standard and Heavy Timed Strikes attacks.
Stop 10 premeditated crimes
Premeditated crimes are those for which you can gather information from the previous night’s patrol. If you’re dealing with regular crimes, it’s a good idea to scan your enemies in advance. You will then come across certain enemies with a question mark over their heads, indicating that you can question them for information. This unlocks a premeditated crime that shows up in the next night’s patrol. These are marked with a red marker on the map. Once you stop 10 of these, you’ll get credit towards Knighthood. Keep in mind that you probably won’t encounter 10 enemies to interrogate within a night patrol. So be prepared to spend a little time on these, unfortunately.
Defeat 3 Enforcers
Enforcers are tough enemies that appear as part of crimes, so be sure to keep an eye out for them when gathering intel for premeditated crimes. You’ll likely come across these naturally when looking for XP and gear.
How to unlock new traversal skills
After completing the requirements listed above, visit the clock tower and you will see a new icon linked to the character you are playing as. These spawn in locations around the Belfry, so approach them, interact with them and you’ll get a short cutscene. You then have to interact with Batman’s mask and gain access to the Traversal ability that corresponds to a specific character.

Unfortunately, knighthood progression doesn’t carry over to every character, meaning you’ll need to complete the requirements four times to unlock everyone’s Traversal ability. I hope you enjoy stopping crime!
