We will definitely stick to this tip.

A man on TikTok has demonstrated how to painlessly remove a band-aid from any part of the body, leaving some viewers absolutely shocked.

Los Angeles-based creator Sidney Raz’s viral video has already racked up 1.4 million views on the app.

On his platform, Raz often shares life hacks and tricks with his followers, and this is no different.

At the beginning of the 20-second clip, Raz admits, “Here’s something I didn’t know until I was in my 30s. Plasters can be removed without pain?”

Raz then proceeded to share the simple hack: he applied a small plastic patch, then removed it in an upward motion by peeling it away from the skin.

In the comments, many loved the lifehack and claimed that losing weight this way worked for them and made the removal completely painless.

“I just tried it with the fabrics, it actually works 🤯,” claimed one user.

Another agreed, typing: “I put a band-aid on my arm for this. Pulling it up a little to grab it hurt, but then I pulled and it was suddenly off. I am impressed.”

“…I won’t lie, I gathered all three of my kids and showed them this lifehack 😂,” announced one person. “I’ve gone 40 years not knowing they won’t be robbed!”

However, some criticized the creator for seemingly not keeping the patch on long enough.

“Well of course it comes off easier after just putting it on!!” commented one viewer. “Man, put it on now and leave it for a few days and try it 😂.”

Someone else said, “I’m going to need that with a band-aid that’s not for kids. Because these fabric ones sometimes won’t come off without water and it still hurts lol.”

In other life hack news on TikTok, one woman recently shared how to get free gym toiletries at the chic Equinox gym, while another revealed the easiest way to free a stuck lid from a jar.
