How to be kind to yourself when depressed. Life will become lighter and your relationships will most likely improve. Don’t be harsh on yourself and start with the blame game for your feelings of loneliness. Here are 6 things to say to yourself when you feel taken over by depressed mood.

Remind yourself that depression is an illness. Parenting a depressed teenager is no easy task.
