Two parts appear in everything around us: ourselves and the matter with which we have to deal. On the one hand there is the situation and our attitude towards the problem. But then again, our attitude towards life determines life’s attitude towards us.

We all want to grow. A growth mentality can massively transform the way we live our lives, from the way we think about ourselves to what we want to achieve. A growth mindset is when you believe you can develop your skills, become your thoughts, and transform your life.

Have you accepted something in your life that isn’t exactly what you wanted? Are you stuck on a past time in your life? Has your imagination gone out the window? Many people in this world live their lives thinking that life is what it is and accepting it. They have no idea how to change their life, get out of the rut, or get the results they want. What has happened is that the imagination has fallen asleep, not realizing that change comes through consciousness.

understand desire

Awareness is a state of consciousness and the first step to change. All change is preceded by awareness. Is your mind producing the desired results? Are you aware of your inner thoughts? feelings? Actions? Memories? How do you know if that’s the case? Look at your results. You can discipline your mindset to fuel your growth and get what you want.

All mental transformations in the mind are produced by craving. Desire is the catalyst for mental transformation. When we set a goal, what lies behind that goal? Desire. Desire is a desire that resides in your subconscious and it is much more powerful than a goal.

You have to be passionate about something that you’re willing to change for. Desire is the fuel for discipline. So instead of thinking of discipline as a voluntary or forced process, think of it this way: Write down something you enjoy doing – do you need the discipline to do it? Probably not. You don’t need the discipline to do this fun activity because you have a strong desire and it’s fun.

How desire contributes to discipline

People have a terrible attitude towards discipline, seeing it as a drudgery or a chore. I used to live like this, in the grind. I called it “the year of the grind” and my life wasn’t what I wanted for myself or my family. It was brutally hard. However, I am not talking about discipline like in the military, but about a purposeful discipline. When you talk about desire, it automatically goes into action. All movement of your body comes from desire. You can feed the good wishes to discipline your mind.

Let’s say I have a desire to make a million dollars a year and I also have a desire not to call anyone to share my product or service. That’s a problem. It’s not about discipline. The root cause is a lack of desire. Everything is easier when you feel like it. Focus on your desires and discipline your mindset. You need to start by setting a goal so that you stay motivated by continually keeping that desire alive.

Your environment is the number one killer for this craving; Therefore, you must create an environment that supports this desire. The environment will give you suggestions – if they’re always negative, unproductive, or don’t satisfy your cravings, the chances of success are pretty slim.

Your mind is powerful. Accept that as true. Your whole life is determined by what you think. The idea that your mindset doesn’t matter is crazy. Your mind creates your life. Accept that you have a mind and want to use it. Can you use your mind to get what you want? The answer is yes.”

You can use your mind to create happiness, health, wealth, money, whatever you want. Use your wits by expecting things to come up. Believe that whatever you want will come. Relax. Otherwise you will try too hard to manifest and force it – it doesn’t work.

How to create a mindset that fuels your growth

  • Explore YOUR self-image: The more you know yourself, the more you will understand what you want. Set a goal and let your mind do the work. If you stay relaxed and expectant, you can see your results shaping up.

  • Use your mind as a tool: You can become very advanced in your ability to manifest what you want. It’s like a painter using a brush or a racer using his car to win the race. I have a 10 speed bike that I know can do more than what I use it for. If you put a pro cyclist on this bike, you could see how much more the bike can do. Treat the mind like the bicycle – what can I get out of it? Think how you can use it. Your mind is an instrument to be mastered, and it is infinite, more than a lifetime.

  • Use autosuggestion: Your mind will guide your life, so you need to address your thoughts, and you can do that through autosuggestion. Write down your goal every day. Remember, it’s all about desire. Take that further and use goals and affirmations. There is a power greater than yourself, so be careful where you get your suggestions from because they are the only thing that will kill your desire. Be aware of what or who is drawing your energy. Don’t drift or let your brain switch from a powerhouse creative machine to a sleeping laptop computer.

  • Keep your head in the game: Harness your mind by using affirmations and autosuggestion. Tap into your infinite power. The key to this mindset is accepting the idea of what you want, letting it exist, and keeping the desire alive through autosuggestion.

  • Create your standards: Hopefully we take the time to feed our bodies healthily. But what are you feeding your mind? The mind works on cause and effect. We know what an unhealthy lifestyle does to our bodies, but what about unhealthy thoughts? What does that do to your mind? Set standards for yourself.

What do you need to eliminate in your life that doesn’t serve you? Your brain is a muscle, and like the other muscles in our body, we can train it to be resourceful and get what we want again. Your mind will attract your entire consciousness. As soon as a thought is in you, you start to produce it.
