Prussia is considered one of the best nations for military conquest Europa Universalis 4 – possibly even the top candidate! Which countries can found Prussia?

Technically, any nation whose primary culture is Prussian, Pomeranian or Saxon can form Prussia. However, the two main competitors are the German medal and Brandenburgboth of which were historically involved in the birth of the country.


To create Prussia, your nation must have one Management technology level of at least ten. This means that it is not possible to found a nation until the middle of the 16th century at the earliest; this is historically consistent since the Duchy of Prussia was first established in 1525.

The other main requirement for establishing Prussia is your country must take part in the Reformation.
