How to Get All Endings
Valkyrie Elysiumthe latest entry in the Valkyrie profile series, is an action role-playing game that deviates from the turn-based formula of previous games. However, one thing it has in common with its predecessors is that it has multiple endings. Despite being a fairly short game compared to other JRPGs released by Square Enix, Valkyrie Elysium has four different endings.
Luckily, all four endings can be seen in a single playthrough, as clear dates bring players to the beginning of Chapter 9, the game’s final chapter. This guide will show players how to do it enter all four endings Valkyrie Elysium.
All Valkyrie Elysium endings and how to get them
Get all Green Blossoms
The first, that Valkyrie Elysium Players have to do is Find all nine bright green flowers called Verdant Blossoms.
Four of them are in Galdban territory, one is in Lucardan territory, two are in Romanian territoryand two are in the snake’s nest. Green blossoms appear on the in-game map as small, fire-green circles.
An important thing for Valkyrie Elysium Keeping an eye on players is that Not all Verdant Blossoms can be found in a single chapter. For example, the two Verdant Blossoms in Romalian Territory can only be picked up in Chapters 6 and 7. In some cases, particularly in Chapter 7, the Verdant Blossom is on a different map that is further into the chapter. So this is recommended Valkyrie Elysium Players keep a close eye on the map as they progress. Green Blossoms can only be found during main quests and not during side quests.
Sometimes players need to find a way around a locked door or grab a key to gain access to the room containing a Green Blossom. if Valkyrie Elysium Players who miss one or more Verdant Blossoms can replay the chapter and retrieve them later. However, players should be aware that once they reload a chapter, they must complete it. Simply grabbing the Green Blossom and trying to return to Valhalla will result in the Green Blossom being lost and having to be retrieved.
The ninth and final Verdant Blossom can only be obtained once the eight before it have been collected Valkyrie Elysium Player. An important detail to know is this Collecting all nine Green Blossoms is only mandatory for the fourth ending. The first, second, and third endings can be obtained regardless of how many of the Green Blossoms players have found.
Kill Fenrir End
To get the first ending, Valkyrie Elysium Players must progress through Chapter 9 as normal. for this end Players may not pick up the final Verdant Blossom. Players who want to get the first ending should avoid speaking to Armand, since talking to him is part of the second, third, and fourth endings. After following the path forward, players will eventually face off against Fenrir. This consists of several fights, with Fenrir ultimately being the final boss.
As with every boss in Valkyrie Elysium, players must damage Fenrir with the element she is weak to in order to stun her. as soon as she falls Valkyrie Elysium Players will unlock the first ending.
Choose Exit
For the second ending Valkyrie Elysium Players must avoid picking up the last Green Blossom. The next step is to find Armand in Chapter 9 and talk to him. After playing several cutscenes, Armand will give players the choice to go with him. if Valkyrie Elysium Players accept his offer, they unlock the second ending and the credits are rolled. There is no final boss for this ending. This is a good option for players who want to complete this mission quickly and reach S rank, as time and damage taken are a factor.
Kill Odin End
Unlock the third end in Valkyrie Elysium is very similar to the second ending. In order to reach the third ending, players must do this Talk to Armand and decline his offer while Not pick up the last Verdant Blossom.
From this point on Valkyrie Elysium Players will progress through Chapter 9 as usual. But up to the point where the final fight against Fenrir would have happened, other cutscenes play. After confronting Odin, players must fight against their Einherjar allies. After that, the final battle against Odin will be fought. as soon as he dies Valkyrie Elysium Players can see the third ending.
Kill Fenrir and Odin Ending
The fourth and true ending of Valkyrie Elysium requires player getting eight of the nine Green Blossoms first. Before you speak to Armand, Players must pick up the ninth Greenbloom in Chapter 9. Thereafter, Valkyrie Elysium become a player must speak to Armand and decline his offer. From this point, players will progress through Chapter 9 as they would for the first and third endings.
Once players enter Fenrir’s realm, events will unfold very differently from previous endings. Players must fight some enemies alongside Hilde and then face Fenrir. Once Fenrir has been killed, players fight Odin in his human form, followed by his true form.
Unlike previous bosses, Odin has no elemental weakness in the final battle. Once Odin is defeated in the final battle, players will unlock the true ending of Valkyrie Elysium.
