How to Install Chrome Extensions on PC and Mac
1. Start the Chrome browser on your PC or Mac and go to chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions (opens in new tab).
2. You’ll land on the Chrome Web Store, where you can browse a variety of different extensions. When you find one you like, easy Click an extension name to see more details. If you decide to use the extension, Click Add to Chrome.
3. You can now learn a little more about how the extension works. If you’re happy, only click Add Extension.
4. The extension will be added and you will see a notification to that effect. A mysterious icon is also placed on Chrome’s toolbar. Click on the icon and Select an extension from the list to use it.
5. If you want to make changes to your extensions, Click on the puzzle icon and Select Manage Extensions.
6. All your extensions will be displayed. Click Remove if you want to permanently delete an extension and confirm your decision with Click Remove when prompted.
If you don’t want to use an extension for now, Toggle the switch to turn off an extension. Then you can turn it on again later.
