How to Repost Someone’s TikTok so Your Followers Can See It
- You can repost a TikTok video by tapping the “Send To” icon in the lower-right corner.

Almost every social media app has a built-in way to repost content. This allows you to share posts you love with friends while still giving credit to the original poster.
TikTok just recently added its own reposting option, allowing users to quickly share their favorite videos with followers. Here’s how to use it.
How to repost on TikTok
Reposting a TikTok video makes it more likely to appear in your followers’ feeds than if you were the one who posted it. It will still be credited to the original creator, but your profile picture will also appear on it.
These steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
1. Open TikTok and find the video you want to repost.
2. While watching the video, tap the arrow icon in the lower right corner.
3. That Send to A menu will open with options for sharing and remixing TikTok. Choose the golden repost option top left.

The first time you repost a TikTok, you’ll see a small menu explaining what reposting does. Move past this menu to complete the re-release.
4. Once you’ve reposted the video, your profile picture will appear over the original uploader’s name with a bubble that says +Add comment Besides. Tap this speech bubble to add a comment that will appear with the newly posted video when your followers see it.
If you ever want to undo the repost and make it disappear from your followers’ feeds, open TikTok’s Send To menu again and tap Remove republication.
