How to send an email in Gmail on desktop

  1. Go to gmail.
  2. press the Compose button on the left.
  3. Create your email.
  4. click the arrow next to Send Button.
  5. Tap the Schedule sending Button.
  6. Select your desired broadcast time.

You can schedule up to 100 emails at a time.

Sometimes you may need to view your scheduled emails, make a quick change, or cancel the email entirely. Gmail makes it possible to do all three in one go.

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Click on the left Planned Button.

  4. Click in the top right corner of your email Cancel sending Button.
