How to push kick in Fortnite
You may know how to slide in Fortnite, but what about slides? Well it turns out it’s basically the same, but to slide into Fortnite, you have to hit something with your body when you slide.
So you need to have a full sprint meter first – or enough to cover the required distance – then you should sprint, press the crouch button to slide, then hit something while sliding to slide it.
The only problem with Slide Kicking is that it doesn’t do a lot of damage, which can make certain challenges difficult to complete.
How to remove a runaway boulder with a Slide Kick in Fortnite
Since Slide Kicks don’t do much damage, you need to remove a runaway boulder with a Slide Kick in Fortnite Damage the boulder first.
Be careful though, the boulder doesn’t have much health, so only hit it twice with your pickaxe. If you keep hitting it, you risk detaching it without kicking it first.
Once you’ve lowered the boulder’s health with two pickaxe hits, backtrack until you’ve put a little distance between you and the boulder. Now all you have to do to remove the runaway bolder is sprint, slide, and then hit the boulder to slide it.
Since Slide Kicking doesn’t do much damage, you’ll likely have to slide against the boulder a few times before it breaks free.

Runaway boulders are usually found on steep hills or near tall buildings. It can be a hassle looking for one, especially if someone else has already removed one, so we’ve made a quick note of where to find some runaway boulders:
Specifically, marked in blue, here are the exact areas of the runaway boulders marked above:
1 – Rave Cave, on the west hill
2 – On a snowy hill east of a grassy area, northwest of Logjam Junction
3 – East of Rave Cave, on the largest hill
4 – South of Tilted Towers, on top of a hill near a zip line
