How to solve the maze puzzle in Scorn Act 4

After finding and activating the three mazes in Act 4 of contemptyou have to go back to the main room and solve the problem Maze Puzzle to end the chapter.

It may seem impossible at first, but like every puzzle in Scorn, the maze puzzle doesn’t take too long to solve once you figure out its trick.

Where to find the second maze in Scorn Act 4?

If you only have one or two mazes in the main room where you are trying to solve the maze puzzle, you will not be able to complete it – You must find all three mazes in Act 4 before you can even start solving the maze puzzle.

Each maze is located by finding the mechanisms that blast holes in the side of the giant creature in Act 4, then entering the holes and sending the additional mazes into the main hub room.

The first mechanism is on the way to the first maze, so it cannot be missed. When you find it, activate the panel in front of it to send it to the main room.

You’ll eventually find yourself in the main structure of Act 4, with multiple paths to explore. Take the Path on the top left to find the mechanism this blasts the second hole in the creature, revealing the entrance to activate the second maze.

To get to this hole, go back to the structure’s entrance and head straight into the main hub room, which should contain one of the mazes at this point. Take the path down the middle of this room and pick up the shotgun-like weapon in front of you, then turn around and take the left path up to you Find the device that will add extra light to your key. Be careful as there are many enemies in front of you.

Head back to the door under that key station, the one with the lights, and you’ll find yourself back where you blasted the second hole in the creature. Go back to the entrance of the structure and Use your new key on the door in the lower left path.

Enter the only door on the right to find the second maze and activate the device in front of it to send it into the main hub room.

Where to find the third maze in Scorn Act 4?

Go back to where you found the shotgun-like weaponon the lower path from the main hub room and open the door on the left with your light key.

Opposite where you found the shotgun-like weapon, turn left.

Take the elevator up, then switch to the first weapon you have in Scorn, the one that pierces things, and use it on the device in front of the elevator. You now have a shortcut back to the structure’s entrance.

After opening the shortcut, turn around and take the elevator at the end of the corridor up – but be careful! There’s one of the big enemies ahead. Either let it run around or use your shotgun-like weapon to kill it.

You will find the third and final gadget needed to blast a hole in the creature in front of you. Activate it and then run back to the elevator as there are two large enemies in that area.

This third hole and maze is is just behind the elevator in front of the shortcut you created. Go inside and activate the mechanism before the last maze, then go back and use the shortcut to go back to the main room, which should now have all three mazes in the middle of the room and you can finally get started to solve the maze puzzle!

How to solve the maze puzzle in Scorn Act 4

The reason you need all three mazes to solve the maze puzzle in Scorn act 4 is that when you move the white ball in a maze, You actually move the ball for all three mazesregardless of whether it has something blocking its path from your perspective.

You have to move the cue ball towards the center in a maze, and when you can’t move it anymore, switch to another maze and keep moving the cue ball towards the center, and then switch again when you get stuck , and so on until the cue ball reaches the red dot in the center.
