Based on the recipes in his book, First: Simple one-pan wonders, Oliver’s new series focuses on “deliciously simple, gnarly meals made in just one pan, pot or bowl,” according to the series’ official logline. The former Naked Chef shares his genius “tips, tricks and hacks for dishes that deliver loads of flavor with minimal effort”. Our mouths are already watering!
How many episodes of Jamie’s One Pan Wonders is there?
The mini-series premiered conveniently every Monday night on Channel 4 in the UK, with the final episode airing tonight. It will focus on butternut squash with mushrooms, peppers and chickpeas, which Oliver’s Instagram post says is “absolutely delicious”.
“I hope you enjoyed the series and find these recipes really helpful as I know how busy you all are,” the cookbook author wrote in the caption.
There are seven episodes in total, each focusing on a tasty dinner in a pan (and some desserts too!).

The series premiered in the UK on BritBox on August 22nd, but if you live in the US you can watch it now through Amazon Channels.
