How to watch MotoGP: TV channel, streaming for 2023 season

MotoGP returns for the much-anticipated 2023 season with the Portuguese GP this weekend at the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve.

All 11 teams and 22 riders will be looking to make an early mark as they strive for glory across 18 events this year.

Italy’s Francesco Bagnaia will start the season as a midfielder after clinching the title with the Ducati Lenovo Team in 2022. He won seven races last year which helped him take the top spot ahead of Fabio Quartararo with just 17 points.

How to watch MotoGP in the United States

  • TV channels and live stream: ABC

For US-based viewers, every race of the 2023 MotoGP season will be available on the NBC family of networks. NBC and CNBC bring you all the action on TV with streaming options available on the NBC website and app.

How to watch MotoGP in Canada

  • TV channels and live stream: REV TV

For fans in Canada, REV TV will televise the races. Unfortunately, Rev TV does not stream any live content on its website. However, it has made its channel available to 32 different cable television providers in Canada.

How to watch MotoGP in the UK

  • TV station and lLive stream: ITV, BT Sport

UK viewers can follow all the action courtesy of ITV and BT, including ITVX and the BT Sport app. BT Sport will have the rights for most of the season but in the past ITV has shown the British race on free-to-air TV as well as highlights.

How to watch MotoGP in Australia

  • TV channels and live stream: Foxtel; Kayo sport

Foxtel and Kayo Sports will broadcast all races in Australia.

How to watch MotoGP in India

  • TV channels and live stream: Eurosport India

Fans of MotoGP in India can follow both qualifying and races live with Eurosport throughout the 2023 season.

MotoGP schedule 2023

A total of 18 events are scheduled for 2023 on the MotoGP calendar, marking another all-time high for the calendar.

After testing in Malaysia at the beginning of February, the first race on the weekend of March 24th is the Portuguese Grand Prix.

The Finnish GP, which was canceled in 2022 due to the “geopolitical situation”, will not take place in 2023 either.
