What channel is the New York Red Bulls Crew game on?
The game will not be shown on linear television. The MLS Season Pass on Apple TV is the only way to watch it. The MLS Season Pass can be accessed through the Apple TV app on iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, gaming consoles and most smart TVs, as well as in computer browsers (tv.apple.com).
Do I have to pay for Apple TV to watch the Crew game?
Apple plans to offer about 40% of games free this season, but this week’s game against the New York Red Bulls requires a subscription to the MLS Season Pass.
Existing Apple TV+ subscribers can get the MLS Season Pass bundle for $79 for the entire season or $12.99 per month. For those who haven’t already subscribed to Apple TV+, there’s no need to access the MLS Season Pass — the package can be purchased for $99 for the season or $14.99 per month.
Complimentary access to the MLS Season Pass is available to Crew season pass members – one access code per season pass account was emailed in early February – and to T-Mobile and Metro-by-T-Mobile customers.
Who are the broadcasters for the New York Red Bulls team game?
In the Apple TV English broadcast, Steve Cangialosi will be doing play-by-play with Danny Higginbotham as the color analyst. Apple’s intent to have a regionalized model for their broadcasts is already evident – this will be the third Crew game Cangialosi and Higginbotham have called this year.
Apple TV’s Spanish broadcast will see Diego Pessolano (play-by-play) and Luis Gerardo Bucci (analyst) on the phone.

Crew games will return to 97.1 The Fan this season, with Chris Doran playing play-by-play. On La Mega 103.1 FM’s Spanish radio show, Juan Valladares will be the commentator.
