The second round of the 2022 Fortinet Championship begins Friday morning at the Silverado Resort and Spa in California. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 2 on TV or online.

Round 2 preview

Heading into the opening round of the Fortinet, Hideki Matsuyama was the top-ranked player in the field as well as the co-betting favorite. On Thursday it initially looked as if expectations were too high.

Matsuyama bogeyed his first hole of the day, the 10th, and followed it up on 14 to quickly drop to 2 overs. But things should turn around for the 2021 Masters champion.

Much-needed birdies fell at 16 and 18 to level Matsuyama, and he added three more birdies over his back nine to finish a three-under 69, putting him within striking distance of the lead.

In round two on Friday, Matsuyama will tee off at 15:54 ET along with Cam Davis and Corey Conners. You can stream round two via PGA Tour Live on ESPN+ or watch the broadcast on Golf Channel.
