How to watch USA vs. Austria: TV channel, live stream, start time for 2022 World Juniors game
After touring through Germany and Switzerland in their opening two games, Team USA will be aiming for third place in a row when they take on Austria at the World Junior Championships on Saturday.
After a poor start in their last game against Switzerland, the Americans scored five goals in the second period en route to a 7-1 win. Six fielders scored goals for US first-liner Carter Mazur, scoring two goals and contributing to the win.

Star defender Luke Hughes added three assists in the win. The Devils’ 2021 draft pick leads the Americans through two games by five points, and after hitting a team-high 21:18 ice time, Hughes is quickly becoming the most dependable force for Team USA.
“I think just sticking with our game plan and getting pucks deep and putting shots through kind of broke them in the second half,” Hughes told reporters after the game against Switzerland. “A lot of our offense came from there.”
Austria not only wants to create the big surprise, but also win the first tournament. They lost their first group game against Germany 4-2 and were beaten by Sweden on Friday.
