How To Wear Cargo Trousers Like Hailey Bieber & Budget Alternatives

However, the undisputed queen of cargo pants is none other than Hailey Bieber, model/freshly minted skincare entrepreneur and lover of glazed donut nails. Khaki or navy, slouchy or slim fit, this model just can’t get enough of the trend. The khaki couple
In June, Hailey went to Cipriani’s in New York with husband Justin Bieber and was spotted in green low-rise cargo pants by Balenciaga. She paired the pants with a cropped white tank top, chunky white and gray trainers from New Balance and a tonal Le 5 à 7 hobo bag from Yves Saint Laurent.
Hailey had posted on her Instagram Story that she “stole her husband’s pants,” so the cargo pants were probably Justin Bieber’s. The khaki colorway appears to be discontinued, although Balenciaga offers a Black Cotton Ripstop Pulled Cargo Pant from its Fall ’22 collection.

Paired with a black bralette and black slouchy bag by Bottega Veneta, Hailey added a splash of color with a sand-colored leather button-down shirt by IRO and a pair of green and white Air Jordan 1 Retros.

Fashion queens draw inspiration from one another, and there’s no doubt that this outfit was Hailey’s nod to Alicia Silverstone’s Cher Horowitz – a true ’90s style icon if there ever was one. Per InStyle, in May the model wore a plaid cropped sweater vest over a cropped white t-shirt and paired it with extra casual black drawstring cargo pants worn low on her hips. Chunky sneakers, a black shoulder bag and slim sunglasses completed the whole look. She kept her only other accessories — a two-tier pearl necklace, some silver rings on her fingers, and a black face mask — simple, stylish, and effortless.

She kept the rest of her look minimal with a cropped black tank top, chunky black sneakers and a small monochrome crochet bag, and wore her hair slicked back and held up with a claw clip. She finished off the look with a pair of earrings and tinted sunglasses.
