“Marvel knows how to unlock the Rubik’s cube”: Emilia Clarke Was Surprised After Joining $25 Billion Franchise With ‘Secret Invasion’
Emilia Clarke, the beauty known to the world as Daenerys Targaryen from the HBO show game of Thrones has joined Marvel Studios. The actress has been officially confirmed to be joining Marvel stars Samuel Jackson and Cobie Smulders for the series Secret invasion.
If that last christmas The actress sat down for a chat, she spoke about her experiences working with Marvel Studios and being part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to Clarke, Marvel knows how to work in unity and knows how to do it “Unlock the Rubik’s Cube” (as opposed to some other cinematic universe people are familiar with).

Although not much information about her role in the MCU has been made public, Emilia Clarke has revealed her experiences on the sets of Secret invasion. It has been announced that Clarke will be joining alongside Marvel veterans Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle and Martin Freeman.

After fulfilling Daenerys Targaryen’s prophecy in the final season of game of Thrones (although it was a terrible one), Emilia Clarke admitted that she preferred working on independent films to those big sets and high-budget projects. “It’s like everyone at Marvel knows how to unlock the Rubik’s Cube, and you couldn’t even — I can’t do a Rubik’s Cube to save my frigging life.”
The actress continued
“It just works! I was trying to understand it, and I was trying to say, ‘Okay, logical, how is that, how are you, what is that…?’ They drink some water there. I do not know what it is. It’s fabulous. […] You nail it. They just absolutely nail it. I’m not the only actor to say that working with them is just brilliant. It’s really. We had a lot to laugh about. They’re just so chilled, and I guess I’m not that chilled, and I think if I were them, I’d be so uncool all the time.”
Well, the actress seems to be having fun with the Marvel Studios cast and crew while people await any updates or news regarding Clarke’s role in the MCU.

The actress has been known for many roles in Hollywood throughout her career. It wasn’t long ago that she gave up her connection to the big leagues to work on small independent films (or indie films). Emilia Clarke explained that she gets more creative freedom than working in the big leagues.
“For the rest of my career, what I want most is to work with as many writers and filmmakers in the independent film space and express myself as creatively as possible. And I’ve had access to some incredible experiences and been able to work with some amazing people.”
Since there aren’t many details about the upcoming series, people are ecstatically awaiting the return of the Mother of Dragons. Marvel’s Secret invasion A release date is expected to be set sometime in 2023.
