Matt Hardy reacts to rumors of Vince McMahon being spotted sporting a new look in WWE

AEW star Matt Hardy has responded to recent rumors that Vince McMahon is sporting a new look after he was spotted backstage in the latest episode of WWE RAW.

Just before RAW aired, word broke that the CEO would be present at the event to visit John Cena. But that wasn’t what everyone was talking about.

Instead, people talked about a very noticeable difference in Vince’s looks. Had he lost weight? Was he wearing clothes that normal people wear every day? No, he had a mustache, which was confirmed by various sources at the event.

Vince McMahon……had a mustache backstage…..like one of the talents I heard about lol

One person who found this amusing was AEW’s Matt Hardy, who described Vince’s new look as “interesting.” Here’s what he had to say The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy:

“Interesting Vince – there you have it, the consummate fashion icon you know, changing it up a bit and throwing up the old stack. It’s interesting, and apparently he supposedly sat in the gorilla all night too, right? Interestingly, Vince knows how to dip his toe in the pool before he’s completely submerged.” [18:42-19:07]

A series of photos have been circulating on social media showing Vince with his new stack. These turned out to be fake, however, as the original photo was sourced shortly thereafter.

Matt Hardy recently challenged Dynamite for a title at AEW

While Vince McMahon appears to be growing his new mustache, Matt Hardy recently attempted to add another championship belt to his trophy cabinet to add to his already impressive collection.

Matt challenged Hook for the FTW Championship on the March 1 issue of AEW Dynamite, with the stipulation that if Hardy lost, Stokely Hathaway of The Firm would have to face Hook in a no-disqualification match.

After a fairly short fight, it was Hook who took the win, catching Hardy in the Redrum submission. Matt may have looked like he tapped lightly because he did when he and Isiah Kassidy tried to destroy The Firm from the inside.
