Manage multiple profiles

Netflix allows users to create and manage up to five profiles in a single account. Luckily, the platform has made it really easy to create, modify, and delete multiprofiles without overcomplicating things.

If you want to create a new profile, just go to the Manage Profiles page. Select “Add Profile”, name it and click the “Save” button. The new profile should appear when you log into your Netflix account.

Also, users can customize various profile parameters such as name, language, and picture. To do this, go to the Manage Profiles page and simply select the profile you want to customize from the options.

Deleting a profile is also easy. Simply select the profile you want to delete on the Manage Profile page and click Delete Profile. Note that after deleting a profile, viewing history and games saved for that profile will no longer be available.

Another useful feature is the ability to ban Netflix profiles. Users can lock a profile by going to the “Profile & Parental Controls” section listed under “Account” and selecting the “Profile Lock” option. This requires you to enter your Netflix password and set a PIN that will unlock your profile.

If you forgot your profile PIN, simply click on the “Forgot PIN” option at the bottom of the screen and enter your Netflix account password. You can now see or change the profile PIN.

The Profile Lock toggle is located in the Profile and Parental Controls section.

If you have kids at home or want to restrict certain content, Netflix allows users to choose the types of TV shows, games, and movies kids can watch and play with the Netflix Kids experience.

Netflix also allows users to manually restrict certain titles.

To set viewing restrictions, open the Profile & Parental Controls page and select the Viewing Restrictions option. From here you can set the rating for both TV shows and movies.

Update email and phone number

Netflix is ​​one of the few services that allows users to change their associated email account along with phone number. If for any reason you want to change your email address or phone number, simply go to the “Account” page and select the “Change Account Email” or “Change Phone Number” option.

Depending on what you want to change, you will receive an OTP. Alternatively, users can also update their email address and phone number by confirming the payment details. After updating the details above, you may also need to update the email address in the “Membership and Billing” section.

If you think someone is using your account without permission, simply change your Netflix password and sign out of all devices connected to your account. This ensures that only people with the new password can log into the account.
