NTT DATA Named a ‘Best in Class’ Provider in the 2023 PAC Innovation RADAR Report Focusing on Sustainable IT Consulting and Services in Europe

TOKYO – March 6, 2023 – NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and IT services, announced today that market analysis and consulting firm Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) has awarded the company a “Best in Class” ranking in eight different categories awarded Sustainability and CSR IT provider analysis in Europe.

NTT DATA received PAC’s highest award based on its competency and market strength in eight specific categories in the PAC Innovation RADAR Vendor Analysis 2023 Ranking, “Leaders in Sustainability-related IT Consulting & Services in Europe”. The company was awarded Best in Class for sustainability-related IT consulting and services in Europe as a whole and in Germany. It also received top rankings for overall IT sustainability; for IT sustainability with a focus on applications and infrastructures; sustainability through IT; sustainability reporting; and sustainability through the Internet of Things (IoT).

PAC evaluated the 26 IT service providers it deemed the most relevant for the delivery of sustainability-related IT services as part of a broader IT service portfolio in Europe. The analyst firm considered a large number of parameters in its analysis, including the service provider’s dedicated sustainability-related consulting and service provision as well as its proven sustainability-related classic IT service elements such as application modernization, “green coding” or cloud migration. PAC awarded credential ratings based on interviews on resources, sales, delivery, portfolio, contracting, pricing, customer structure, customer testimonials, investments, partnerships and certifications, as well as analysis of existing PAC databases and other secondary research.

In addition to its eight Best-in-Class awards, NTT DATA was rated Excellent in two other sustainability-related IT consulting and services categories: in the UK and in the banking sector.
