Perfect Game’s Prestigious Dick’s Sporting Goods All-American Classic Returns to Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, March 1, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Perfect Game, the world’s largest youth baseball and softball platform and scouting service, announced today that June 21St th edition of the prestigious Dick’s Sporting Goods All-American Classic is played at Chase Field in London Phoenix, AZ At Sunday 20 August 2023. Perfect Game also announced that Arizona Diamondbacks legend, Luis Gonzaleswill once again serve as Honorary All-American Classic Chairman.

The All-American Classic features the top 50 high school baseball players from around the world North America. It’s the premier amateur baseball game of the summer, drawing professional and college scouts from across the country, and is televised on linear and streamed live to an international viewing audience.

For players, the path to the All-American Classic includes participation in the equally challenging and competitive National Showcase, also being held at Chase Field July 11-15.

Being selected as one of the players for the All-American Classic is the crowning achievement sought by the more than 1 million players who participate in Perfect Game tournaments and showcases throughout the year. As Major League Baseball began its 2022 championship season, 87 Perfect Game All-American players were on the rosters of 28 of the 30 major league teams on opening day. Rosters for the 2023 All-American Classic will be selected by Perfect Game’s experienced scouts and announced in July after the National Showcase.
