Prince William and Kate Middleton reignite friendly rivalry for latest outing – LIVE UPDATES
Prince William And Princess Kate have a friendly rivalry with each other, often try to compete the other during some of their more active outings.
And Saturday will see this Rivalry rears its head again when the pair travel to Cardiff to watch England and Wales play the Six Nations Tournament. As Prince of Wales and patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, William will no doubt support the dragons, but as patron of the Rugby Football Union, Kate will have her support firmly rooted in the English roses.

In the past, the couple have been known to bring their children to play with young children Prince George Watch after men’s euros in 2021 and also joined his parents to England and Wales game last year. On this occasion, however, it was only the prince and princess who made their way to the match.
Kensington Palace has confirmed the Prince and Princess will meet injured players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust during their trip.
They will then officially open the Sir Tasker Watkins Suite – a new space at the stadium available for injured players and their families ahead of games.
The pair dressed warm for the outing, with William in a black coat and red scarf, while Kate looked so stylish in a red and white houndstooth coat. Princess Kate wore the outerwear piece back in 2018 when she was pregnant with Prince Louis.
The expectant mother-of-three climbed into the luxurious hunk during a visit to the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm to find out about Sweden’s approach to tackling mental health issues. The coat hid her blossoming baby bump and was paired with a Chanel calfskin bag and sheer tights.
Ahead of the game, the Royals were on the same team when they unveiled a plaque in front of members of the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust.
Before the game, William told a group of injured players who joked they needed a “little boost” and that the atmosphere with his wife would be “tense” if England triumphed.
