Many songs in Apple Music include real-time lyrics to help you track the progress of the song. However, only singable songs are optimized for karaoke mode. For compatible songs, tap the quote icon to view the lyrics, then use the microphone icon to adjust the volume of the original artist’s voice. The backing vocals remain intact, with the lyrics hidden beneath the main words in a smaller font. For songs with a duet, the lyrics are aligned to the left and right of the screen to show different singers’ voices.
