The latest version of the Resilience Diagnostic Assessment offers a simplified end-user experience with improved group reporting and benchmarking functionality.

The evolution of the Resilience Institute’s framework and toolkit addresses the concerns of organizations that want to strengthen human strengths and reduce workplace risks such as psychological distress. After submitting the assessment, individuals receive a comprehensive, confidential report detailing their personal strengths and risk factors, which are mapped into 10 categories of the Resilience Spiral.
