Rick & Morty Season 6 Will Be One Of The Best, Promises Co-Creator

Rick and Morty Season 6 will be one of the show’s best, according to co-creator Justin Roiland. The popular adult animated sitcom, created by Roiland and Dan Harmon for Adult Swim, follows the adventures of a mad scientist and his grandson through the multiverse. Over the five seasons, fans of the popular series have met Morty, a naïve teenager, and Rick, his eccentric grandfather. In addition to being a co-creator of the show, Roiland voices both title characters.

Rick and Morty premiered in 2013 and has been releasing new seasons about every two years since then. Rick and Morty Season 5 just aired its final episode in September last year, and Season 6 will premiere next month. The show has been acclaimed by critics and fans alike, never falling below a 91% on Rotten Tomatoes. That being said, the last two seasons have been a bit more inconsistent in terms of reception. I think we all have a bit more stability and normality and consistency now, simply quality throughout the season. There are a few dips here and there, but overall I think it’s a pretty solid season that will hopefully be among the best seasons.
