Shakira and Bizarrap get multiple Guinness World Records for their latest collaboration

Shakira and bizarre rap got the world record certificates on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

With the release of their super hit track Shakira: BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53Pop star Shakira and DJ Bizarrap have set numerous Guinness World Records.

Released on January 12, the song has been viewed more than 63 million times on YouTube and played more than 14 million times on Spotify within 24 hours of its release. In doing so, it set the world record for most-watched Latin track on YouTube and most-streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours. It subsequently became the fastest Latin song video on YouTube with 100 million views and the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week.

Shakira and DJ Bizarrap received their Guinness World Records certificates while performing The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Saturday night. The certificates were presented by Guinness World Records judge Michael Empric.

Bizarrap, a 24-year-old DJ and producer whose real name is Gonzalo Julián Conde, got his first Billboard No. 1 Quevedo: BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 52 and later with Shakira: BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 53. Bizarrap’s collaborations with other artists, known as “Bizarrap’s Music Sessions,” have garnered him 19.1 million subscribers on YouTube.

With BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53, Shakira got her 12th Billboard No. 1 hit. Interestingly, this song reached the top spot, replacing her other song Monotonía.
