But due to his obsession, most people don’t like him – however, the popular girl finds out and uses his sewing skills for her own mission – to help her make cosplay outfits – and he agrees.
I remember not wanting to try this anime just because of the name – because a part of me was kind of uncomfortable but after recommendations from others I decided to give it a try and honestly it kind of reminds me of a teen romantic drama. Lots of fun outfits, lots of fun moments, and cuteness everywhere. Surely one of the best of 2022.

Who doesn’t love a good girl-next-door story? The angel next door spoils me lazily follows the story of two high schoolers who have never spoken to each other until one of them comes to the other’s aid in the rain. The girl decides to get back at him by helping him around his apartment – and soon the feelings run high.
I have nothing to say about this anime other than that it is just a cute feel good show. It’s one of those anime that you’ll see every week smiling instead of crying like I would attack on Titan and all his deaths. It is a fresh a breath of air considering what I see of anime on a fairly consistent basis.

I know the premise sounds absolute crazy. A lot of anime are like that, if we’re being honest. But the show really shows a different side to romance, while also teaching many core lessons about self-care and relationships.

Have you ever been bullied for looking like a horror movie character? That happened to Sawako in Kimi ni Todoke – From me to you, where her name is Sadako to refer to the monster The ring. Now The Anime reminds me of many coming-of-age movies. It’s very cute and has some pretty good animation, but what really drives it is the relationship between Sawako and Kazehaya. The progress of their relationship feels believable and real.

Dude, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched Tomoe and his luscious hair on TikTok before actually giving this series a shot. But I have to say – it’s quite a lot of fun and captures a cute romance that also tells some interesting stories. There aren’t that many episodes, so it’s the perfect all-day watch.
