UEFA Women’s Champions League: Matchday 1 schedule, fixtures, how to watch on DAZN

Here is the full schedule and broadcast information for UEFA Women’s Champions League Matchday 1.

The group stage of this year’s UEFA Women’s Champions League kicks off on Wednesday and there are some eye-catching encounters sure to delight fans.

One of them is the defending champions Lyon, who face Arsenal. After failing to advance to the Quarterfinals in 2021-22, the Gunners will look to go one step further and reach the Finals. It won’t be much tougher than Lyon, however, but the French will be without star player Ada Hegerberg, which could present the perfect opportunity for Arsenal to start the group stage with a win.

Meanwhile, in the French capital, one of last season’s semi-finalists Paris Saint-Germain meets Chelsea who will try to improve on their poor performance in the previous edition of the competition. Emma Hayes’ side failed to progress beyond the group stage after losing 4-0 to Wolfsburg on Matchday 6. This resulted in the Blues being eliminated after a three-way tiebreak with Juventus and Wolfsburg.
