What channel is Claressa Shields vs. Savannah Marshall on tonight? How to watch, buy undisputed middleweight title fight

A rivalry will be finally settled on September 10 when Claressa Shields and Savannah Marshall take on each other at London’s O2 Arena. At stake is bragging rights and the right to become the undisputed middleweight champion.

Marshall defeated Shields at the 2012 AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships, the only loss of Shields’ amateur and professional boxing career. Since then, Marshall has won the WBO middleweight title against Hannah Rankin. She has won eight fights in a row by knockout.

However, Shields discredits her ability.

“She’s 12-0 with 10 knockouts, but look at these girls’ records and then tell me whether she should KO them or not. And you’re going to say, ‘Yeah, you should KO someone that’s 4-25. You should KO someone who’s 11-75.’ Also, you fight them with a notice of three days, one week. You’re supposed to blow girls like that,” Shields said.

Shields became the undisputed middleweight champion in 2019 when she defeated Christina Hammer. She became the undisputed light middleweight champion in 2021 when she defeated Marie Eve Dicaire. The 27-year-old also won gold in the super middleweight division. Shields currently holds the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBF, and The Ring middleweight titles.
