LIV is now LIVE.

After streaming its events on YouTube in 2023, LIV Golf now has a TV deal, making it easier for fans of second division golf to watch throughout the season.

Amid speculation that LIV Golf would have to pay for airtime, the golf league struck a deal with The CW, a network primarily marketed for teen entertainment. This results in an interesting fit for both sides.

Using the same broadcast group from the 2022 season, The CW will broadcast all 14 events live for the upcoming season, with the exception of five of the tour’s international events, which will be broadcast on tape with a delay. The CW app also broadcasts all events live.

How to stream LIV Golf live

For cable cutters looking to live stream LIV Golf events throughout the 2023 season, you can stream the events live on The CW app for free and without a subscription. Just download the app and you’re good to go.

All three rounds of each tournament can be viewed on the app, but the first round (on Fridays) will be broadcast exclusively on The CW app.

When does LIV Golf start in 2023?

The 2023 LIV Golf Slate tees off Friday, February 24 in Mayakoba, Mexico. Golfers will expect a shotgun start from El Camaleón Golf Course, a course designed by Greg Norman, CEO of LIV Golf.

The tour then makes its US debut in March 2023 when it travels to Arizona for LIV Tucson.
