What channel is UFC 284 on tonight? How to watch, buy Islam Makhachev vs. Alexander Volkanovski on pay-per-view

If UFC President Dana White is right, UFC 284 is set to be one of the biggest events in the company’s history. When all is said and done, he may be right.

UFC 284 takes place on February 11th at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. It is the 15th UFC event since Cain Velasquez defeated Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira at UFC 110 in 2010. This event had a total gate of $2,500,000 with over 17,000 fans attending.

White told reporters that UFC 284 could break UFC’s pay-per-view record. That belongs to Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Conor McGregor of UFC 229 in 2018. UFC 229 attracted 2.4 million purchases and saw McGregor tap into Nurmagomedov, the then UFC Lightweight Champion.

The RAC Arena can accommodate up to 15,000+ fans. The main event of the card will be Australia’s own Alexander Volkanovski, the UFC Featherweight Champion. He will fight Islam Makhachev for his UFC lightweight title. Volkanovski aims to become the fifth doubles champion in UFC history.

It’s Volkanovski’s first fight in Perth since beating Jeremy Kennedy in 2018. Since then, he has won eight straight, beating Max Holloway for the UFC Featherweight Title in 2019.

Makhachev, who is primarily struggling to launch his career in Russia, will be Makhachev’s first trip to Australia. He recently beat Charles Oliveira in October to become the lightweight champion.

Here’s all the info you need to watch UFC 284 including channel, time and fight card.
