What happened to Shaq? Shaquille O’Neal’s latest hospital pictures scare fans

Shaquille O’Neal uploaded a photo to Twitter showing him lying on a hospital bed. Fans of the NBA legend feared something serious was going to happen to him as he underwent a medical procedure.

O’Neal appeared to be sleeping on a huge bed that matched his massive frame. He was also holding his phone like almost everyone these days. The caption on his post said he missed Ernie Johnson and Candace Parker.

The four-time NBA champion works alongside Johnson and Parker at NBA on TNT. Shaq and Johnson have been collaborating on Inside the NBA for more than a decade, while Parker appears on TNT’s Tuesday show in the NBA.

According to Instagram page @shaqnews and RaphhouseTV on Twitter, Shaquille O’Neal recently underwent hip surgery. The reports have not been confirmed, but both sides used the photo O’Neal uploaded to Twitter.

However, it should be noted that both sides initially used the photo four days earlier. It would be interesting to see if Shaq shows up in the next episode of Inside the NBA. He was still in the final episode just before the start of March Madness.

O’Neal was one of several high-profile athletes and celebrities named in a class-action lawsuit alleging support for FTX, the cryptocurrency company that went bankrupt last year. A lawyer told Forbes that O’Neal did his best to avoid the lawsuit despite the allegations against him.

In addition to Shaq, Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry, as well as NFL legend Tom Brady, his ex-wife Giselle Bundchen and actor Larry David were also named in the lawsuit.
