Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and other spices to taste

Method:

  1. Take the Greek yogurt in a bowl and add a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Now add the garlic, coriander, spring onion, chilli flakes and salt to a bowl. You can also add other herbs and spices like parsley, dill, basil, etc. to the dip if you like.
  3. Take a pan and heat olive oil in it for just a minute. Remove from the flame.
  4. Pour the hot olive oil into the bowl with the spices and mix.
  5. Assemble the dip on a charcuterie board or any tray or plate of your choice. Spread the Greek yogurt on the bottom first, then mix the tempered spices on top.
  6. Serve with crackers, raw vegetables or any other chips of your choice!
