2022 PFL 9 date, time, odds & location for the PFL Playoffs featuring Kayla Harrison

The PFL Playoffs continue to tour the UK while the Professional Fighters League travels to London on August 20th. At the Copper Box Arena, the women’s lightweight and men’s featherweight divisions will compete with Kayla Harrison.

Harrison meets Martina Jindrova. The winner of this fight faces the winner of Larissa Pacheco vs. Olena Kolesnyk in the PFL Finals.

A two-time Olympic gold medalist, Harrison has been a dominant figure in the PFL. A two-time PFL champion, Harrison is 2-0 this year. She easily beat Marina Mokhnatkina and Kaitlin Young.

Jindrova made her pro debut in 2018. Jindrova competed in the PFL Challenger Series in March and is 3-0 with the PFL. Her last fight was a win over Zamzagul Fayzallanova in July.

Pacheco made her pro debut in 2012 and joined the PFL in 2019. She has a winning streak of four fights behind her. In July, Pacheco beat Genah Fabian via TKO. Looking at a possible future matchup, Pacheco is 2-0 against Harrison. Kolesnyk made her professional debut in 2014. She joined the PFL in 2021 and is 2-0 this season. Her last fight was a unanimous decision win over Vanessa Melo in July.

For the men, Chris Wade meets Brendan Loughnane. The winner of this fight goes up against the winner of Ryoji Kudo vs. Bubba Jenkins in the PFL Finals.

Wade joined the PFL in 2018 and is 10-3 with the promotion. After missing the PFL Finals twice, Wade reached the finals in 2021 but lost to Movlid Khaybulaev. He’s 2-0 this year, his last fight being a TKO win over Kyle Bochniak in June. Loughnane is a former contestant in Dana White’s Contender Series. He joined the PFL in 2019 and is 6-1 on promotion. He’s 2-0 this year, his last fight being a win over Aho Huskic in June.

Kudo has previously fought with ONE. He joined the PFL this year and is 1-2 with the promotion. His last fight was a KO win over Alejandro Flores in June. Jenkins, a former NCAA Division 1 wrestling champion, made his pro debut in 2011. The former Brave CF featherweight champion is 4-1 in PFL action. Jenkins is on a two-fight win streak, winning both fights in 2022 via unanimous decision.

  • Main card: 2 p.m. ET | 7 p.m. CET
  • Main event: 4 p.m. ET | 9pm BST (approximate)
  • Qualification after the fight: 5 p.m. ET | 10pm BST (Approx.)

The 2022 PFL playoffs resume on August 20. The event begins at 1 p.m. ET | 6pm BST with heats followed by main card at 2pm ET | 7 p.m. CET. Kayla Harrison and Martina Jindrova should make their way to the cage before 4pm ET or 9pm BST, depending on the pace and how long the other playoff fights last.

After that, there are post-event qualifiers.

The final round of the PFL Playoffs takes place at the Copper Box Arena in London, England. The arena can accommodate up to 7,400 people.

Odds for the PFL Playoffs 2022

According to Best Fight Odds, Kayla Harrison is the -4000 favorite while Martina Jindrova is the +1600 underdog. Larissa Pacheco is the -700 favorite while Olena Kolesnyk is the +450 underdog.
