2023 Lexus UX250h F Sport Design Special Edition announced, on sale now

The Small SUV Lexus UX 2023 has received a new special edition that will be released in the showrooms in the middle of next month – limited to 250 copies.

Starting at $58,120 plus road cost, the front-wheel drive UX250h 2WD F Sport Design Special Edition is $3,375 cheaper than the standard UX250h 2WD F Sport but $4,300 more expensive than the UX250h 2WD Luxury with EP2.

Compared to the UX250h Luxury with EP2, the F Sport Design Special Edition gets the Lexus model’s F Sport styling kit with new front and rear bumpers, a different grille, 18-inch wheels with run-flat tires and body-colored wheel arches.

It also gets black roof rails and door mirror caps, F Sport Design badging and, for the first time on a Lexus UX in Australia, a black contrast roof.

Interior additions over the Luxury model include a sunroof, head-up display and sensor key entry that complements the existing NuLuxe upholstery with Black or White Ash leather accents and “Washi” instrument panel inlays.

The special edition shares heated front seats, a power driver’s seat, a power tailgate, a wireless phone charger, a 7.0-inch instrument display and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with the UX250h Luxury with EP2 (Enhancement Pack 2).

It does, however, drop aluminum door sills, illuminated door handles, and a tire repair kit.

In combination with the black roof, six exterior colors are available for the special edition: White Nova, Sonic Chrome (Grey), Sonic Iridium (Silver), Caliente (Red), Carnelian (Orange) and Cobalt Mica (Blue).

The UX250h 2WD F Sport Design Special Edition shares the standard model’s 107 kW/188 Nm 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine and 80 kW/202 Nm electric motor, which together send 135 kW to the front wheels.

The 2023 Lexus UX250h 2WD F Sport Design Special Edition can be ordered now before the first showrooms arrive in mid-April 2023.
