Iris passed away peacefully, on April 3rd at the Grange Hospital, aged 97 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Brynley, loving mother of Pat, Fran, Jean, Gill and the late Don. Sudhir SAIGAL

Dr Sudhir Saigal passed away on 3rd April 2023, at University Hospital of Wales at the age of 72. He was born in Kanpur, India on 1st December 1950. He graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi in 1972, where he was College President. He moved to the UK in 1977, settling in Merthyr Tydfil with his wife, Madhu, in 1980. He worked for the NHS as a General Practitioner until his retirement in 2016. He was an active member of the Rotary Club, Merthyr Tydfil, The Hindu Cultural Association in Cardiff, and Rhiwbina Bridge Club. He is survived by his wife, Madhu, two daughters and three grandchildren. He will be resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the service to be held on Saturday 22nd April 2023.
