With all the recent good news announcements for racing, there is plenty of expectation amongst vendors and buyers ahead of the BSA August Two Year Old Sale, which will be held at the TBA sales complex in Germiston on Friday 26 August and Saturday 27 August.

The Western Cape has led the field in the past month with a host of positive news that is likely to have lifted the general appetite for existing and new owners. The boosted 2yo programme announced last week ahead of the Cape Summer season is also an attractive carrot for buyers at this sale.

Among the recent alumni of the  2YO Sale are notable graded stakes winners of the ilk of  Lady Of Steel, Nourbese and Out Of Your League, while past stars sold off this auction include all of Asylum Seeker, Bela-Bela, Jackson, J J The Jet Plane, River Jetez, Rock Opera and The Apache.
